• The Southampton Bead Shop will only keep the information provided by you when you first register as a new customer.  
• Upon placing an order, we need to know your name, address, email address and telephone numbers.  This allow us to process and fulfil your order as well as giving us an option to contact you in regards to any queries relating to your order.
• We may use the information that you provide to provide any services or information you have requested, including through the use of email and text message where appropriate; or to notify you about our products, services or any promotion that may be of interest to you.
• You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.
• Where we have given you a password which enables you to complet your order process, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.  We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
• We do not have access to customer's credit card details as all the payments are handled by PayPal and SagePay - the global leaders in online payment solutions.
• We value your privacy and do not sell your information to any third parties under any circumstances.
• We reserve the right to update, modify and/or change this Privacy Policy at any time.  Any such changes will be posted here.
