PLACING YOUR ORDER
Orders up to £300 can be placed using our secure online shop. Alternatively, we also take orders by telephone at 02380 678466 or 02380 676163.
Online
Browse though the website and press 'Add this to my cart' button at the bottom of the item description. You can check your current status anytime by pressing 'Shopping Cart' button. You can view or change any of the items in your cart. Then you can choose 'Back to Shopping' or 'Go to Checkout'. When you have finished, you will be asked for few details to complete the order. A conformation will be sent to you by Email.

Please call 023 80678466 or 023 80676163 to place your order. If you are paying by cheque, please make payable to 'The Southampton Bead Shop', and send it to 188 Burgess Road, Southampton, Hants SO16 3HH. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
DESPATCH
If the product is in stock, we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours. We will try our best to despatch your goods as soon as possible, but please do allow up to 14 days for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY CHARGES
£2.00 flat rate regardless of order size to U.K. and £5.50 to Ireland. Order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and require a signature upon receipt.
BACK ORDERS
All goods are subject to availability. Should any items on your order be unavailable then we will deduct the amount from the credit card transaction. You will be informed by Email if this is the case.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Claims for un-received goods, damage, non-functionality must be made within seven days of receipt by Email or post. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value, or we will refund the cost of the goods to you. Cancellation notification must be made by Email before the goods are dispatched to you, otherwise customer will be liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused, and with the original invoice enclosed before any refunds will be given.
